o New President appointed – Jan Shearer
o New Secretary appointed – Christine Hansen

á Association Boat – To keep or not to keep?
o Mike Pearce keeps 420s at warehouse undercover, and does hull work on them at a price to keep them in ok order – not ropes though
o Phil Turner to talk to Mike about the price of this
o Takapuna boat club is another option
o Paul FrancisÕ storage is another option
o Charter price – to continue at $250 p/w for New Zealanders (more for internationals - $600).
o Christine Hansen to list the above on website – available for charter
o Selling it we may make $10000-12000.
o Best option – charter for a chunk of this year (Paul Francis), then charter to overseas team for Junior Worlds. Then Sell.

o John Woolley to look into insurance for the boat – and whether mast is included in insurance, we can claim for mast?
